Chennai: Admissions will start from today (May 6) in government arts colleges across Tamil Nadu. Details regarding how students should apply have also been published.
The Tamil Nadu Plus 2 General Examination results will be released on May 6. On this occasion, the Directorate of College Education has announced that the admission of students in government arts and science colleges across Tamil Nadu will start tomorrow. Accordingly, the admission applications are going to be distributed in all government arts and science colleges from tomorrow.
Those who wish to collect these applications in person can collect them from the respective colleges or universities between 10 AM to 5 PM. Those who cannot attend in person can also apply online. You can also apply through the website www.tngasa.in.
The application fee for this is Rs.48 and the registration fee is Rs.2. There is no application fee for SC and ST students. The Directorate of College Education said that paying the registration fee of just Rs.2 is sufficient.
