An employee of a private company was killed when a two-wheeler collided with a cow on the 400-foot road in Poontamalli, Chennai.
Mohan (age 45) hails from Thiruvenkatam Nagar, Poontamalli, Chennai. He has been working in a private company in Sriperumbudur. In this situation, yesterday night Mohan was coming home on his two-wheeler after finishing work on the 400-foot road.
Crossed cow:
At that time Vandalur Meenjoor was walking on the approach road in Malayambakkam area near the 400 feet ring road when a cow suddenly came across the road. While not expecting this, Mohan collided with the cow with his two-wheeler.
Victims of private company employees:
He got seriously injured when he fell down with the two-wheeler. Following this, the local people rescued him and admitted him to Poontamalli Government Hospital for treatment. He was given first aid treatment and admitted to a private hospital in Borur for further treatment. The doctors who examined him there said that he died on the way.
The Avadi Traffic Investigation Police is currently investigating the accident by registering a case. The incident of the death of an employee of a private company due to a cow crossing has caused tragedy in the area.
