Among them, the 8-month-old dog named Silky died of kidney failure due to the severity of the poison, and he saved only the 11-month-old dog named Brownie after spending 25,000 on medical expenses for both dogs.

The doctor who treated the dogs confirmed that such dogs were killed by mixing strong poison in biryani.

A woman from the same area has adopted a brownie dog that was treated and rescued. On examining the residential CCTV footage of the area to find out who poisoned such dogs, they were shocked to find a person bringing biryani and feeding the dogs to death.

He was brought and the investigation is going on.

In the first phase of the investigation, the pigeons he was rearing were often being bitten by stray dogs and causing trouble to the fighting cocks. According to local people, he killed a street dog by hanging it on a pole and brutally beating it against the wall. The accused’s brother is also working as a policeman in Tamil Nadu Police. Prior to this, the accused Vetri Vendan Medical College student was convicted in the murder case and was released from jail after appealing to the High Court and released from that case.
