Rs 100 crore bribe to Kejriwal? 170 cell phones… ED share information in Supreme Court!

Arvind Kejriwal: Arvind Kejriwal was given a bribe of Rs. 100 in the case of liquor policy malpractice by the Enforcement Department.

Last year, former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate and the CBI and lodged in Tihar Jail following allegations of irregularities in the new liquor policy which was imported and withdrawn in Delhi.

Subsequently, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was summoned several times in connection with the case, but he did not appear. In this context, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested by the enforcement officers on the 21st of last month.

Kejriwal was later remanded in custody for a week and produced before the court after being interrogated by the Enforcement Directorate. After this, Arvind Kejriwal was sent to Tihar Jail in judicial custody. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had filed a petition in the Delhi High Court challenging the enforcement department’s arrest and seeking bail.

However, when the Delhi High Court rejected Kejriwal’s plea, he filed an appeal in the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court had ordered the enforcement department to respond to this petition. Accordingly, the Enforcement Directorate also filed a reply in the Supreme Court. Some of it has been sensationally reported. In a petition filed by the Enforcement Directorate, Arvind Kejriwal has been given a bribe of Rs 100 crore in the liquor policy violation case.

The liquor policy has been amended so that the bribe payer gets Rs 192 crore. A correction was made in favor of the bribe giver and involved in malpractice. We have arrested Kejriwal because there was strong evidence against him. Thus no special favor can be shown to him.

Also, it is said that Arvind Kejriwal used 170 cell phones when the liquor scandal took place, and later 36 people including Kejriwal gave them away. Similarly, it has been revealed that Kejriwal refuses to give the password of his cell phone even when asked for it, in the petition filed by the Enforcement Department.
