Chennai : It has been reported that evidence related to Nayanar Nagendran has been found in the case of confiscation of 4 crore rupees.
After the Lok Sabha election date was announced, the Election Force officials seized Rs 4 crore from three people working in the restaurant of Nayanar Nagendran, the Nellai Assembly member and BJP candidate for the Nellai Lok Sabha constituency, who was traveling in a train that left Chennai’s Tambaram railway station for Tirunelveli on March 24.
The fact that 3 persons brought 4 crore rupees without any proper documents when the rules of conduct of elections were in force caused a stir in the political circles. CBCID officials are currently investigating the case.
Investigation is going on against Satish, Naveen and Perumal for taking the money. Nayanar Nagendran and his supporters keep saying that they had nothing to do with the money.
At this time, a new information has come out. In other words, it has been revealed that the three people who traveled by train used the MLA ID card of Nellai MLA Naynar Nagendran to book the tickets. Also, reports have surfaced that the trio told the CBCID officials that BJP leader Govardhan acted as an intermediary and received money from him.
It has been reported that the CBCID police are planning to interrogate Nayanar Nagendran in connection with this case.
