37For successfully completing sixty (60) years of government service in the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Senior Language Instructor R.S. President Ranil Wickremesinghe praised Jayasinghe.
According to this, President Ranil Wickramasinghe, senior language instructor R.S. The function of handing over Jayasinghe’s service letter was held this (01) afternoon at the President’s office before the cabinet meeting began.
Senior Language Instructor R.S. Jayasinghe joined the service in the Survey Department on 01 August 1961. Also appointed as Language Instructor in Cabinet Office on 03 July 1974.
Accordingly, on July 3, 2024, he has completed fifty (50) years of service in the Cabinet Office.
President’s Secretary Saman Ekkanayake also attended the event.
