Skoda Kushak Reduced Prices:
The variants previously called Active, Ambition and Style will now be called Classic, Signature and Prestige.
Active was previously an entry-level variant of Gushak. This variant was sold at a starting price of Rs 11.99 lakh.
Currently the entry-level variant of the Gushak is the Classic. This variant will be priced at Rs 10.89 lakh. This is Rs 1.1 lakh less than the price of the previous entry-level variant.
Similarly, the mid-range Signature variant will be priced between Rs 14.19 lakh and Rs 16.89 lakh.
Prestige is currently the top-end variant of the Gushak. The top-end variant will be priced between Rs 16.09 lakh and Rs 18.79 lakh.
It is worth noting that the previous top-end variant of the Gushak was priced between Rs 17.29 lakh and Rs 20.49 lakh.
Along with these variants, Onyx and Monte Carlo variants are also on sale. It is noteworthy that their prices have also changed
Skoda Slavia Reduced Prices:
The Slavia variants have also now been renamed to Classic, Signature and Prestige.
The previous entry-level variant of the Slavia, the Active, was priced at Rs 11.63 lakh ex-showroom. The current entry-level variant of the Classic is priced at Rs 10.69 lakh. This is Rs 94,000 less than the previous entry-level variant.
The current mid-range variant, the Signature, will be priced between Rs 13.99 lakh and Rs 16.69 lakh.
Likewise, the current top-end variant, the Prestige, will be priced between Rs 15.99 lakh and Rs 18.69 lakh.
The previous top-end variant of the Slavia was priced between Rs 17.53 lakh and Rs 18.93 lakh.
Skoda Kushak and Slavia Engine:
Other than price reduction and renaming of the variants, no changes have been made to these two models.
The same 1.0-litre turbo petrol engine and 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine are still used.
The 1.0-litre engine is capable of producing 115hp of power and 178Nm of torque, while the 1.5-litre engine is capable of producing 150hp of power and 250Nm of torque.
Both the engines have a 6-speed manual gearbox option. Also, a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox is offered with the smaller engine, while a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox is offered with the larger engine.
