Actor Surya Siruthai has completed his acting in Ganguwa directed by Siva. The film is slated to release worldwide on October 10, 2024 in multiple languages including Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and Kannada. 
Following this, actor Surya committed himself to his 43rd film, and the film was titled Purana Hundred. But Suriya is said to have walked away from this film due to some reasons. Also Suriya is acting in his 44th film under the direction of Karthik Subbaraj. The film has been tentatively titled Suriya 44. 
In addition to this, current reports suggest that two song sequences and fight scenes of Suriya and Pooja Hegde have been shot in Andaman. Whereas stunt master Kecha Kompaktee was stunned by Suriya’s dedication during those fight scenes. Reliable sources say that the next shoot in Andaman will be completed in a week.
