Prabhu Deva Performance: Prabhu Deva, who did not come at the last minute while waiting in the high sun, made a video call expressing regret.
On the occasion of the International Dance Day, a dance program was announced under the theme “Our Master is Our Predecessor” on behalf of a private organization.
The event was dedicated to choreographer Prabhu Deva and to set a world record, more than 5000 boys and girls danced continuously for 100 minutes to 100 songs of Prabhu Deva.
Accordingly, it was reported that the event would start at 6 am and finish by 7.30 am at the Egmore Rajaratnam Stadium in Chennai, but the program did not start even after 9 am. The boys fainted after being exposed to the sun for hours.
As a result, the parents of the children got into an argument with the organizers of the event. Parents expressed their apprehension about the lack of food and toilet facilities.
Amidst this controversy, he apologized via video from Hyderabad saying that he was unable to attend the program due to ill health. The video was projected on the big screen there.
The event, which was organized as a world record event, ended in failure, but eventually became a dedication event to Prabhu Deva.
