Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Campaigning for the 2nd phase of Lok Sabha elections ends today.

Campaigning for the 2nd phase of the Lok Sabha elections ends today (April 24). Voting will be held the day after tomorrow (April 26) for 89 constituencies in 13 states including Kerala, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh. All of them filed their nominations to contest this election on the 3rd.

Following this, the candidates were engaged in stormy campaigning. Campaigning for the second phase of the election ends today at 5 pm. Thus, the candidates are actively involved in the final phase of campaigning.

Former Congress party Rahul Gandhi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Amaravati in Maharashtra on the last day of the 2nd phase of campaigning.

As today is the final day, the star candidates of the respective parties will support their party’s candidate and collect their votes through final rallies. After the election campaign is over, it has been advised that none of the people from outside who came to campaign should stay in the constituency.

States where the second phase of elections will be held:

Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Manipur, Rajasthan, Tripura, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Jammu and Kashmir will go to polls on April 26.
