There was heavy rain with thunder in Madurai city. 123.89 mm of rain has fallen in Tallakulam. Madurai North has received 94.50 mm of rain, Vadipatti has received 52.20 mm of rain, Kallandri has received 41.50 mm of rain, and Virakanur has received 39.60 mm of rain. .

Mellur recorded 36 mm of rain, Chiddampatti 34.50 mm, Ediyapatti 34.20 mm, Thaniamangala 33 mm, Tirumangalam 32.80 mm and Periyapatti 27.50 mm. Similarly, the Tamilnodu weatherman said that 24.10 mm of rain has been received in Echumalai, 23.90 mm in Pulipati and 19.50 mm in Satyar.
