Happy Street Show:
The Chennai Metropolitan Traffic Police has informed that the traffic will be changed from 6 am to 9 am in the area as the Happy Street program is going to be held in Anna Nagar on the 28th.
Traffic Change in Chennai Anna Nagar:
According to a press release issued by the Chennai Metropolitan Traffic Police, “K4 Annanagar traffic police station limits on the second shadow road on 28.7.2024 as the event called Happy Street will be held on the second shadow road from Blue Star junction to the second shadow road and the third main road junction (Nalli Silks). From 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM, traffic is completely blocked and reserved for the above event.
Complete ban on traffic:
Hence vehicles heading towards Annanagar Roundabout Chintamani from Tirumangalam should turn left at 5th Shadow Road at Blue Star Junction and reach 6th Shadow Road K4PS Roundabout and proceed to Chintamani Roundabout.
Vehicles proceeding from Tirumangalam towards Nitakarai Evera Road should take a right turn at the Blue Star junction on the fifth ring road and reach the fourth ring road and proceed to Nitakarai Poontamalli Highway.
At Blue Star Junction, from Fifth Avenue (Jesse Moses School Marg) to Second Avenue (Towards Anna Nagar Roundabout) avoid turning left and go straight on Fifth Avenue and take Fourth Avenue.
The above traffic changes will be implemented only at certain times of the day. Therefore, motorists, public and residents are requested to cooperate in this on behalf of the Chennai Metropolitan Traffic Police.
