Vijayakanth : Director RK Selvamani has said that Vijayakanth fell from a height of 20 feet during the shooting of Captain Prabhakaran.
Captain Vijayakanth has always acted in his films without any dope when there are fight scenes or risky scenes. Many times he has acted in films without doping, so he is also beaten. That’s how once Vijayakanth fell from a height of 20 feet during the shooting of Captain Prabhakaran.
In the movie Captain Prabhakaran, a scene was shot in which a car chases and shoots. During that scene, Vijayakanth was hanging on a rope at a height of 20 feet. It was taking more than 5 takes to shoot that scene, suddenly the rope was cut. Due to this, Vijayakanth fell down.
Everyone present was shocked when Vijayakanth fell down. Due to this, the shooting has stopped. Vijayakanth, who fell down, was badly hit in the back. However, we did not show it because we thought that others would be embarrassed if we showed that pain.
Then the film’s director RK Selvamani was brought alone and I was beaten so that no one should know about this. Mainly the fight training director should never know and if he does he will cut down the fight scenes for me. If he gives less then the film will not be as you expected.
