Yamaha has introduced new colors on their ‘FZ-S FI Version 4.0 DLX’ model which is being sold in India. Currently, Yamaha is selling five FZ models in the Indian bike market namely FZ-FI, FZ-FI Version 3.0, FZ-FI Version 4.0, FZ-FI Version 4.0 DLX and FZ-X. Currently, the FZ-FI version 4.0 DLX model has introduced two new colors.
Earlier, the aforementioned model was sold in four colors namely Majestic Red, Racing Blue, Matte Black and Metallic Grey. Now additionally, Yamaha has added Ice-Blue Vermillion and Cyber Green. Yamaha first introduced these colors on their funky MT-15 version 2 model. Now it has given those colors to the FZ-S model as well.
Along with this, the FZ-FI version 4.0 DLX Pyro model is currently on sale in six colors. Along with these new colors, the FZ-S FI version 4.0 DLX model will be priced at the same Rs 1.30 lakh ex-showroom without any change in price.
In this FZ-S model, Yamaha has used the same multi-function LCD instrument cluster as seen in the MT-15 version 2. Also, this bike comes with Bluetooth connectivity and Yamaha’s Y-Connect app. Yamaha has revealed that the new colors that have been introduced are aimed at the Gen Z generation.
The FZ-S FI version 4.0 DLX model is powered by a 2-valve SOHC 4-stroke 149cc air-cooled engine. This engine is capable of producing 12.4PS of power and 13.3Nm of torque. Also, the engine of this bike is designed to run on E20 petrol (petrol mixed with 20% ethanol).
