Noodles recipe-In this article, we will learn how to make noodles with the same taste as you get in hotels.
Materials Required:
- Noodles = 150 grams
- Oil = 5 tbsp
Vegetables
- Carrot = 1 handful
- Umbrella pepper =1
- Onion =2
- Cabbage = 1 handful
- Green chillies =2
- Ginger =1 trigger
- Garlic = 1 handful
Spice powders
- Chilli powder = 1 spoon
- Pepper powder = 1 spoon
- Noodles Masala = 1 tbsp
- Garam masala = 1 spoon
- Turmeric powder = half spoon
Types of sauces
- Tomato ketchup = 2 tbsp
- Chili Sauce = 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce =1 spoon
Recipe:
First boil two liters of water with one spoon of oil and one spoon of salt. Then add the noodles to it and boil it for eighty percent. After the noodles are cooked, put them in cold water and keep them cool.
Pour 4 spoons of oil in a pan and season with ginger, garlic and green chillies. Then add carrots, onions, cabbage and green chillies to it and boil it for three quarters of an hour. Then add garam masala, noodles masala, pepper powder, chili powder, turmeric powder and mix it.
After its spicy smell goes away, add tomato ketchup, chili sauce, soy sauce and mix it for a minute, then add the cooled noodles to it and stir to mix the spices well.
