Delhi: The DMK Rajya Sabha MP asked the Vice President to take strict action against the CISF soldier who stopped and questioned him as he entered Parliament. Pudukai Abdullah has written a letter. Also, the Trinamool Congress MP has raised the war flag in his support.
In the recently concluded parliamentary elections, the DMK alliance won a resounding victory in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, winning 40 out of 40 constituencies. But the BJP is criticizing what these 40 MPs are going to do when they go to Parliament.
Since BJP is in power at the centre, BJP members are teasing that DMK alliance MPs should go to the canteen in Parliament and eat vada only. Chief Minister Stalin had retaliated to this at the recently held three grand function.
Stalin gave a bold answer!
“The town knows that Vada has nothing to do with us. You (BJP) are the ones who shoot Vada with their mouths. Our MPs are going to shoot at your mistakes. Just wait and see what the DMK alliance MPs are going to do,” Chief Minister Stalin had said. It is in this context that DMK Rajya Sabha MP Pudukhai Abdullah was forcibly stopped by a CISF soldier in the Parliament premises and questioned.
DMK MP The new Abdullah is obsessed!
The MP was shocked by this action of the CISF soldier. Pudukhai Abdullah has written to Vice President and Rajya Sabha Speaker Jagdeep Dhankar about what happened to him. In it, “I would like to bring to your attention the shocking incident I encountered today (yesterday). I came to Parliament at 2:00 p.m. and was intercepted by a CISF soldier. Even after I told him who I was, he questioned me as to why I was going to Parliament. What do you want?
Not happened yet!
As long as the Parliamentary security forces were there, such an incident never happened to any MP. It is not for a CISF soldier to let you know why I am going to Parliament, except for you, who is the Speaker of the Rajya Sabha. Today’s incident has hurt me a lot. Therefore, action should be taken against the CISF soldier who stopped me and asked inappropriate questions and protect the dignity of the Rajya Sabha and its members,” asserted DMK MP Pudukai Abdullah.
The Trinamool MP who came running!
In this case, Trinamool Congress MP about this issue. Saket Gokhale has posted a cool post on his X site. In the post, “DMK MP Pudukai Abdullah was stopped and interrogated by a CISF soldier is highly condemnable. Do MPs not have the right to go to the Parliament? Did the CISF paramilitary forces be brought in instead of the Parliament security forces just to stop the India Alliance MPs?”
Modi has no property!
Dear Amit Shah.. Wake up from your sleep. You don’t have all 400 MPs in Parliament. Why not even 300 people? To stop the MPs, Parliament is not the private property of Modi and Amit Shah. DMK MP Why was he stopped by CISF? The answer to this should be immediate. Trinamool MP Saket Gokhale said that action should be taken against the CISF officer involved.
