- Grams = 300 grams
- Curd = half liter
- Milk = 200 ml
- Cumin = 1 spoon
- Pepper = 1 spoon
- Green chillies =3

Recipe:
First, wash the urad and soak it for 1 hour. Then keep the curd ready. Pour 200ml of cooled milk along with curd and mix it. In this way, when milk is added, the curd will not ferment for a long time.
Now grind the soaked urad into a ball. It should roll like a ball when held in hand. The flour should not stick to the hand and this is the correct pada. Mix two spoons of rice flour, ginger, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin and pepper in the ground flour.
Then pour required amount of oil to fry the vada in the oven and keep it dry. Now pour two spoons of oil in a vessel and season it with mustard and two red chillies and a little curry leaves.
Then add the cooked urad dal in a wide vessel and pour curd over it and let it soak for 20 minutes. Now the delicious smooth curd is ready.
