The 9th Women’s Asia Cup T20 Cricket Series is underway in Tambulla, Sri Lanka. With the league round for this series over, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh have qualified for the semi-finals.

The Harmanpreet Kaur-led Indian team beat Pakistan, UAE and Nepal to top Group ‘A’ and enter the semi-finals. On the other hand, Bangladesh reached the semi-finals by finishing 2nd in Group ‘B’ with 2 wins and 1 loss.
In this situation, Bangladesh women won the toss and announced to bat first in this match. Thus, the Indian women’s team bowls first.
