The Chennai Water Supply Board has announced that water supply will be suspended today and tomorrow in areas under 3 zones of Chennai due to the work of connecting the main drinking water pipe.
Connection work
The works of connection of drinking water main pipes at Vadapalani Junction, Power House and Rangarajapuram Main Road Junction on Artgad Road are being carried out by Chennai Metro Rail Company.
Stoppage of water supply
Due to this, from 9 pm today (June 5) to 9 pm on the 6th, the supply of drinking water through pipes to the following areas under zone 8, 9 and 10 will be stopped.
