In many places in Coimbatore, flyover works and road widening works are going on. Meanwhile, as all the schools have opened today after the summer vacation, there has been a lot of traffic between the flyover works and the road widening works near the schools.
Motorists were waiting in long queues. No matter how hard the traffic police tried, all efforts failed and there was a traffic jam.
If the college reopens in the coming days, morning and evening traffic will increase. Motorists have therefore appealed to the motorists to appoint additional policemen to avoid congestion.
