First, cut the green gourds in half and wash them well with water. Then put a pan in the oven and leave two or two teaspoons of ghee and when it dries, put the pumpkin in it and saute it well.

After that put the kadai again in the oven and pour two spoons of coconut oil in it and add groundnut, cumin, cardamom, tamarind, ginger and cut them into small pieces and fry well in the oil. Only then the ginger will not be too salty.

When the ginger rolls are fried, break the bell peppers in two and fry them lightly. Take these separately. Next, add the green gourds that have already been fried in the same oil and fry them until they change color and start turning white. Only then will you not know the bitterness of the gourd. Then in a mixer jar add fried pumpkin and required amount of salt and grind it finely and keep it.

Now pour oil in a pan and when it dries, add mustard and gram dal and season it. Take this and add it to the wash. That’s it, the delicious nutritious pumpkin dip is ready. Add ghee or ghee to hot rice and eat this dish
