Here’s how to make a delicious and simple fish curry recipe.

Fish – 1/4 kg

Big onion – 1

Tomato – 1

Green Chillies – 2

Tamarind – a little

Grated coconut – 1/2 lid

Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp

Chili powder – 2 tbsp

Coriander powder – 3 tbsp

Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp

Anise – 3/4 tsp

Cashew – 6

Oil – as required

Curry leaves – a little

Coriander leaves – a little

Salt – as required

First place the earthen pan in the oven, pour oil and when it is hot, add aniseed. Then add some curry leaves and finely chopped big onion to it and saute well. Once the onions are fried add the ginger garlic paste. Once the green smell goes away, add finely chopped tomatoes and saute. Next add chopped green chillies and stir.

Once the tomatoes are soft, add turmeric powder, chili powder and coriander powder and sprinkle some water and saute until the masala aroma goes away. Then add ground coconut and cashew paste to it and mix it with half a cup of water.

Then add salt to it and boil it. Once the Kuruma boils add the fish pieces. Once the fish is cooked
Add required amount of tamarind water and let it boil. Finally add curry leaves and coriander leaves and saute. That’s it, the delicious fish curry is ready.
