He cooks himself
Actors and celebrities have people for all their work. But Caitanya was very careful about his diet.
He would prepare food for him in his own home. He says that only when we do that, we can know exactly what our body needs and how much it needs and follow it.
Regular exercise
No matter how much work or shooting, he never misses his daily exercise.
He must exercise five days a week. He also goes to the gym and exercises. The rest of the two days are spent resting the body and doing yoga and meditation.
Diet to follow
Chaitanya is always very careful about his diet.
As he cooks himself, there are no major problems. His diet plan is high in protein and high in fiber, low in carbs and low in calories.
Most of his meals include eggs, grilled fish and chicken along with vegetables. Don’t take junk food, deep fried food.
Cardio exercises
Loves cardio exercises like jogging, cycling and swimming.
A personal favorite, especially at Saithana, is the swim training.
Seed meals
Chaitanya was a foodie at an early age. Now that he has to focus on fitness, he will limit all his cravings to Sundays as seed meal days.
Whereas keeping in mind the calories of those foods will somehow burn them off during the next days exercise time.
