It is very important to update the KYC of your bank account. As per notification of Reserve Bank of India dated 25th February 2016, bank account holders are required to update their KYC. Accordingly, here we will see how SBI Bank account users can update their KYC online in 10 minutes.
KYC Update through Internet Banking
1. Go to SBI Bank Internet Banking page. Please login.
2. In it, click on ‘My Accounts & Profile’ tab.
3. Next give ‘Update KYC’ option. Now enter your profile password and click Submit.
4. Select your account from the drop-down menu and click Submit.
5. Enter the information to be updated. Appropriate documents should be submitted.
6. Now the OTP will be sent to the registered number. Enter that OTP number and update. After this, your information will be updated with the bank account.
Similarly, KYC can be updated through SBI Bank’s YONO app.
