Italian rice- 1 cup
Ulundam dal- 1/4 cup
Aval Pori- 1.5 cup
Fenugreek- 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp

Clean the idli rice, urad dal, fries and fenugreek seeds separately. Then, soak them in 3 cups of water for 4 hours. After soaking well, put it in a mixer and grind it. That is, grind it into idli flour.
Then, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to it and leave it to ferment for 6 hours. Add required amount of salt to the well leavened flour and mix well. Now place the dosa stone in the oven and when it is hot, pour the dosa into the prepared batter and take it out. That’s all Karnataka style penna dosa is ready.
