53.48 lakh people are waiting for government jobs
The Department of Employment and Training of the Government of Tamil Nadu has announced that 53 lakh 48 thousand people are registered and waiting for government jobs in Tamil Nadu.
In Tamil Nadu, the Department of Employment and Training has published the details of those who have registered in the district and state employment offices till May 31.
Accordingly, it has been reported that 53 lakh 48,663 people are waiting for government jobs after registering at the employment office. Their number is 24,63,081 males, 28,85,301 females and 281 third sexes.
It is reported that there are 2,47,811 people between 45 and 60 years and 7,810 people above 60 years of age. The government has also announced that 1,50,018 persons with disabilities are registered and waiting.
