Chennai : The Women’s Commission has summoned Bibhav Kumar in connection with the assault of AAP woman MP Swati Malival.
AAP Rajya Sabha MP and former Delhi Commission for Women Chairperson Swati Maliwal was allegedly assaulted by Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar yesterday (May 14) when she visited Arvind Kejriwal’s residence in Delhi. No written complaint has yet been lodged with the Delhi Police in this regard.
Delhi BJP leaders are recording their condemnation of this incident. Yesterday, BJP women organized a protest in front of Arvind Kejriwal’s residence in Delhi. The National Commission for Women had sent a notice to the Delhi Police asking them to give a proper response regarding this incident.
In this case, the National Commission for Women has issued an important order today. It has been mentioned in the summons that Arvind Kejriwal’s aide Bibhav Kumar, who is said to have attacked Swati Maliwal, must appear in person at the National Commission for Women on May 17 to give an explanation regarding the incident.
