Bengaluru-based electric scooter manufacturer Aether launched the 450 Apex electric scooter in India last January. The electric scooter was launched at an ex-showroom price of Rs 1.89 lakh as an introductory offer. After the introductory offer period, the price of the 450 Apex electric scooter has now been hiked up to Rs.6,000. The Aether 450 Apex will now be priced at Rs 1.95 lakh ex-showroom.
Aether’s Flagship Electric Scooter:
The 450 Apex is the flagship electric scooter from Aether. Aether has built this very sporty scooter with only focus on performance. Also, the 450 Apex is the last model in Aether’s 450 series, following the 450S and 450X. As the 450 Apex model shares the design of the standard 450 scooter, Aether has used an Indium Blue and Orange paint scheme to make it stand out.
Aether 450 Apex: Engine and Battery
The 450 Apex Electric Scooter is powered by a 7.0kW electric motor that churns out 9.4hp of power and 26Nm of torque.
Also, this electric scooter has a certified range of 157 km with a 3.7kWh battery pack. The scooter is said to give a range of up to 110 km in daily use.
This electric scooter also has premium features like 7.0 inch TFT display and regenerative braking. Designed with efficiency in mind, this electric scooter can cover a speed of 100 kmph in an assault. Also, it reaches 40 kmph in just 2.9 seconds.
Now that its ex-showroom price has gone up, so has its on-road price. You can buy this 450 Apex electric scooter in Tamil Nadu at an on-road price of Rs.2.10 lakh.
