Ginger tea

Ginger is an age-old ingredient used in our traditional home medicine. This ginger has anti-inflammatory properties. These improve intestinal health and stimulate digestion and correct acidity problems.

Make ginger tea

Wash and clean the ginger and take a skin comb.

Boil 2 glasses of water in a vessel and add grated ginger to it.

Keep the stove on medium heat and let it boil for 10 minutes. Boil it well and after it dries up to two drops, filter and drink it warm.

Mint tea

Mint is the most wonderful herb in our Indian kitchen. Mint has refreshing menthol properties. It also has the power to correct intestinal problems.

It has the power to cure many problems including flatulence, flatulence, indigestion and heartburn.

Mint tea recipe

Boil 2 cups of water in a vessel.

Add only quarter teaspoon of tea powder to boiling water and let it boil.

Then wash and crush 10-15 mint leaves with your hands or lightly crush them.

Now switch off the stove and add the squeezed mint leaves and cover it with a plate.

After 10 minutes, when it becomes warm, strain it and drink it.
