As Lok Sabha elections have been completed in 543 constituencies, the counting of votes for the election is underway today (June 4). Similarly, the counting of votes for 39 constituencies in Tamil Nadu started at 8 am today.
While the postal votes are being counted in Sriperumbudur constituency in the first phase, DR Balu who contested on behalf of DMK is leading. AIADMK candidate Prem Kumar is in second place. Naam Tamil and Tamaka candidates are in the next positions.
