Lok Sabha Elections: As the number of votes for the Lok Sabha elections is being counted today, actress Kangana Ranaut, who contested on behalf of the BJP in the Mandi constituency in Himachal Pradesh, won by securing 5,06,603 votes.
Vikramaditya Singh who contested against him on behalf of the Congress party got 4,32,978 votes, while Kangana Ranaut won by getting 73,625 votes more than him.
Similarly, Malayalam actor Suresh Gopi, who contested on behalf of the BJP in the Kerala Lok Sabha constituency Thrissur, won by securing 3,93,273 votes. With this, BJP has registered victory in 3 seats so far. It is to be noted that earlier it had also registered victory in Surat constituency.
